From April 6 to September 28, 2025, Cagliari will be filled with music as it hosts the Musikaleidos International Festival, now in its seventh edition. The project, organized by Hic et Nunc APS under the Artistic Direction of M° Tobia Simone Tuveri, will feature prominent teachers and musicians from the national and international scene, as well as opportunities for exchange with other local organizations.

The Festival will kick off in early April with the Musikaleidos 2025 conference-concert, featuring the Hic et Nunc and Multi Unum choirs, to present this year’s event lineup.

May will begin with a workshop by M° Elia Orlando, professor at the Conservatory of Palermo, with the Multi Unum choir. On the same days, there will be two choral events, one dedicated to secular music and the other to sacred music, with the Euphonios choir from Prato, conducted by the Tuscan maestro.

From May 16 to 18, Mª Elisa Fagà will lead a vocal masterclass for the Hic et Nunc choir, which will perform a concert at the end of the workshop with the Turin-based singer.

The final May event will be dedicated to the memory of the great M° Aldo Ciccolini, on the 10th anniversary of his passing. The talented pianist M° Gennaro Basso, the last student of the Neapolitan master, will be the main performer.

On June 7, the much-anticipated annual children’s music workshop for children aged 0-12, divided by age group, will be held by musician and music therapist Stefania Coccoda.

Also in June, an eagerly awaited event with the professional Spanish ensemble Cantoria, conducted by M° Jorge Losana, in a concert dedicated to Spanish Renaissance music.

Sunday, June 22, will be dedicated to the event as part of the Fête de la Musique, designed to promote solidarity and raise awareness for those in vulnerable conditions. The program features a selection of timeless songs arranged in a choral version and performed by the Multi Unum choir.

On the weekend of July 19-20, two nationally recognized youth groups, award-winning in national and international competitions, will take center stage: the Nox vocal ensemble, conducted by M° Davide Galleano, and the With Us Youth Choir, conducted by Mª Camilla Di Lorenzo.

To close the Festival in September, a special event will commemorate the 500th anniversary of the birth of G.P. da Palestrina, with a performance of the Missa Papae Marcelli by the male vocal group Gradi Congiunti, and several motets performed by the Hic et Nunc choir.
