From April 17 to July 25, 2026, Cagliari once again becomes a stage of harmony with the eighth edition of the International Musikaleidos Festival. The project, carefully curated by Hic et Nunc APS under the Artistic Direction of Maestro Tobia Simone Tuveri, will unfold through workshops and concerts that transform musical practice into a powerful tool for inclusion, well-being, and urban regeneration.

The Festival will open the season in mid-April with an initiative of deep social value led by Maestro Mauro Faccioli, an experienced community facilitator. From April 17 to 19, the workshops within the program “Music as a Social Practice”will engage students, teachers, musicians, and practitioners in sessions of Circular Music and Body Music, culminating in a festive collective moment at the newly opened restaurant Il Siparietto.

On May 29, a special event will feature the association’s PiccolHic section. It will be a unique occasion, whose details will be revealed only close to the date, destined to leave a profound mark on the hearts of the audience.

The Festival will continue on June 6 with activities at the Giardini Pubblici, curated by Maestra Stefania Coccoda, aimed at stimulating musicality in children aged 0 to 10 in an open-air setting that encourages social interaction.

Alongside its social commitment, Musikaleidos 2026 maintains a profile of outstanding international artistic excellence. On June 7, a highly anticipated Swedish ensemble will take the stage; after leading the Hic et Nunc vocal group in an advanced training workshop, they will enchant the audience with a concert of the highest international caliber.

The social dimension of the Festival will return to the forefront on June 21, on the occasion of the European Music Day. The Multi Unum choir will renew the festival’s spirit of solidarity by performing at the Businco Oncology Hospital, bringing the comfort and beauty of art to those living in conditions of vulnerability.

The month will close in the spirit of collective participation: after a concert dedicated to sacred music on the evening of June 27, Maestro Fabio De Angelis will lead an open workshop for everyone focused on pop repertoire. This shared learning experience will culminate in a major secular music concert on June 28, featuring the Diapason Youth Choir (Rome) and the children’s voices of the Lolek Vocal Ensemble (Sassari), conducted by Maestra Barbara Agnello, together with Hic et Nunc and Multi Unum, also thanks to the support of FERSACO through the CorosJuntos project.

On July 5, Musikaleidos will host one of Italy’s outstanding youth ensembles, the Emil Komel Choir (Gorizia), conducted by Maestro David Bandelj.

With the support of strategic partners, Musikaleidos 2026 confirms itself not only as a festival of artistic excellence, but as a catalyst for change capable of building bridges between different abilities, generations, and urban contexts through the universal themes of hope and peace.
